About the Coaches

  • Aamir Kidwai is a certified life coach trained through the Adwan School of Life Coach Training & Certification, founded by Muhammad AlShareef (RA). With over 15 years of coaching and mentoring experience, Aamir’s journey began right here at Clear Lake Islamic Center, where he founded and led the youth program as a teenager — an experience that shaped his passion for guiding others through life’s challenges. Aamir works with a wide range of individuals, including high school students, young professionals, business owners, and professional athletes.

His coaching blends timeless Islamic principles with practical, real-world strategies to help people create steady, meaningful, and lasting transformation. In addition to coaching, Aamir is an engineer who has worked for top engineering companies such as Tesla and Shell and now serves as a consultant. This combination of technical expertise and heart-centered coaching allows him to bring clarity, structure, and purpose to the people he serves.

He is also continuing his Islamic studies and Quranic education to deepen both his personal growth and the guidance he offers others. Aamir believes deeply in the power of coaching and draws from the Quran and Sunnah to help clients find direction, build discipline, and reconnect with what matters most. His goal is to offer a safe, faith-informed space where clients can reflect, grow mentally and spiritually, and strengthen their connection to themselves, their families, and to Allah SWT.

  • Samar Hadrous is a certified life, career, and conflict coach who serves the CLIC community through an Islamic and pastoral care lens. She earned her professional life coaching certification in 2018 through the Certified Life Coach Institute and completed her Islamic life coaching certification in 2024 through DiscoverU’s Adwam Program. She is also twice certified in Mental Health First Aid. Through her private practice, Ihsaan Solutions Network, LLC, Samar provides coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution services to individuals and families seeking growth and clarity in their personal and professional lives.

Samar works with clients across a wide range of areas, including conflict resolution, career development, family relationships, marriage and pre-marital coaching, parenting teens and young adults, and personal development. She also supports individuals navigating college years, from time management and choosing a major to career readiness, networking, and life transitions. Her approach is holistic, focusing on mind, body, and spiritual wellness, while helping clients pursue meaningful goals such as passion projects and small businesses.

Grounded in compassion and guided by faith-based principles, Samar strives to create a supportive and empowering space where clients can reflect, grow, and move forward with confidence and purpose. Her work is rooted in ihsaan (excellence), encouraging individuals to strengthen their relationships, better understand themselves, and align their lives with their values.

  • Norah Basyouni is a licensed therapist with over seven years of experience in counseling, trauma recovery, and educational leadership. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and families across schools, community programs, and grief and trauma recovery settings.
Norah's therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy within a person-centered and trauma-responsive framework. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Norah is passionate about serving multicultural and underserved communities, including Muslim families, refugees, and individuals navigating complex life transitions. She understands the importance of culturally and spiritually responsive care and views therapy as a collaborative partnership that honors each person's story, values, and strengths.
Beyond her clinical work, Norah has participated in medical missions to Gaza through Rahma Worldwide, providing mental health support to vulnerable communities. She currently practices at Sacred Minds Counseling and has previously served as an Assistant Principal with HISD, a Case Investigator, and a case manager with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

  • Sarah Radwan is a licensed mental health therapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over five years of experience in the counseling field. Born and raised in Clear Lake, her journey in supporting others began early through youth mentorship and active community volunteering, which she has remained passionate about since her teen years.

Sarah primarily works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, family and marital challenges, and spiritual growth. Her therapeutic style is compassionate and supportive, yet gently challenging—encouraging clients to dig deeper, do the inner work, and strive toward their highest potential.

In addition to her clinical training, Sarah has also been a student of Islamic studies and the Quran. She believes deeply in the healing power of integrating Islamic principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Her goal is to offer a safe, faith-informed space where clients can process their struggles, grow emotionally and spiritually, and strengthen their connection to themselves, their loved ones, and to Allah SWT.
